SWM Solutions case study
SWM Solutions are a Business Advice Mentoring and Coaching company who are based in West Yorkshire. They help all manner of businesses from both B2B and B2C industries. Steve required a customer loyalty scheme putting in place and required help for one of his clients, a busy gastro pub, based near Harrogate.
When one of my client’s requested assistance with a data capture project I recommended that they should discuss their requirements with Lisa from The Thinking Cap. Lisa was great at advising on the various methods of collecting client’s data and how this can then be used to communicate effectively with their clients. After various options were explored the client chose to use a simple feedback card. Lisa took away the requirement, arranged the design of the cards to the client’s specific requirements, then organised the print and delivery of the cards in the agreed timescales.
The feedback exercise work really well and the client has now acted on the recommendations of their customers and has also adopted the new design which is now used on their printed material.
Great job by Lisa and The Thinking Cap team, from the initial concept to delivery of this communication project for my client. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa to other businesses that are looking to communicate with their clients and I look forward to our next project together.
