Public are a customer centric agency based in Doncaster. After winning a sizeable product launch for a large well-known retailer, it was soon apparent that a Direct Mail piece was a requirement within the marketing mix. The Thinking Cap was called into a few of the initial brainstorming meetings as to the pack make up. A few creative options had to be quickly disregarded (due to the nature of enclosing machine specifications and also the budget) this not only saved valuable time but also money in already tight budget. Once the job was under way we managed the data and the mailing and the launch was a massive success!

The last project we worked on together was a Product Launch Pitch for a new client, which included a large direct mail campaign. I got Lisa involved early in the creative process to advise our design team on how to get the best results out of the mailing. Lisa’s input was invaluable, not only on the implementation, but also with cost effective postal solutions that saved the client money.
After we won the pitch, Lisa further helped us with the Mailing Data Base, which was huge! This involved merging data, de-duping & cleaning the info, then cold calling a selection of the contacts to verify info. Once complete, Lisa formatted the information into a usable database for the client / mailings. Throughout the project, Lisa was a true professional, definitely a vital ingredient in our success and to the success of the campaign. Delivering what we needed, when we needed it. Lisa responds to any challenge is with a Pro-active ‘Can do’ attitude.
