Prima Packaging case study
Prima Creative Packaging is a friendly packaging manufacturer based in central Bradford. They sell their products predominately to B2B customers and due to the complex nature of packaging a large percentage of their client base are either print management companies or design agencies. Because of this and also due to a recent expansion they required an immediate focus on new business sales and general social media awareness.
In May 2013, Prima hired us to be on-site 2 days a week to grasp all the knowledge required on the products, processes, prices etc. We set-up all the social media platforms and also analysed their database that was exported from the CRM system and started to target current and dormant customers with different messages & reminders via email marketing. The response was amazing and with it came a lot of repeat business.
Due to our lengthy experience and good relationships in the print industry it wasn’t long until we had brought in a variety of new customers some of which are today Prima’s main customers.
A couple of years ago Prima found that there was a gap in the company to fulfill the increasing trend for businesses to use Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter.
We asked Lisa to manage these for us and create some email marketing campaigns as well as Customer Survey’s, analysis and cold calling from information supplied.
Lisa’s knowledge and expertise soon became apparent and she has become an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team at Prima.
Whether coming into Prima or working from her office Lisa has always been professional and enthusiastic in her approach and execution of tasks required of her.
We have always had the confidence in Lisa to act as an ambassador for our company when approaching new or existing clients.
For the limited amount of time asked of Lisa in a week she has helped Prima gain some notable Blue chip customers.
