Mines Rescue Services are specialists in working in difficult and potentially dangerous environments. MRS now brings their expert knowledge to a wide variety of industries and provide a comprehensive range of health and safety related products, training and services to a vast range of private sector companies.
We carried out an in-depth marketing audit and were then awarded the external communications contract. We still to this day hold on-site monthly review meetings of the previous months activity and talk about the forthcoming month, preferred communications, company news etc.

After the fact finding meeting it wasn’t long before The Thinking Cap got all the platforms set up (Facebook, Twitter and also the Business LinkedIn page) and started to engage with our audience. The Thinking Cap keeps abreast with all our industry news and shares this along with our monthly course details, which is working really. The Thinking Cap even came up with the idea of spreading the awareness of the social media platforms with new email footers and designed an in-house poster holding QR codes for our training rooms, free of charge, to help keep the engagement going!
Regarding Email Marketing, The Thinking Cap work from briefs given on our preferred monthly topic and come back quickly with the copy and design, these are then distributed to our regular customer base. We are hopeful that our client base will be grateful of certification expiry reminders and this will in turn bring in lots of new bookings that may have gone unnoticed.
