Once your data is clean we can analyse it and provide your perfect profile of who to target, based on who is currently buying your services. We will also check to see what percentage of records hold an email address and a mobile number. This information could then open up new avenues for your cross channel marketing.
We can also support your business with its direct mail. Because postage prices have been on the increase over the last five years or so direct mail popularity has decreased so the companies who are active mailers are seeing a much better response, so maybe now is the time!

Don’t worry if you don’t have a Royal Mail or a TNT postage account. All mailing houses now have these on hand for customers to use and we will manage the process for you.

The data was sourced and even de-duped from our current database so we didn’t waste money buying duplicate data. The print was also managed right through to the mailing itself. The Thinking Cap have been working for the West Yorkshire Branch of the CIPD for a couple of years now – providing us with postcards advertising events and other regional matters which we send out to our members. One of the main reasons we engaged Lisa’s services was the relatively low numbers of members who had signed up to receive emails about events and policy matters. We had something in the region of 350 signed up members (about 10% of total membership). With a few months this had risen to well over 1000 and the numbers kept rising. This resulted in attendance at events increasing dramatically.
